Areas of interest:
Paulo Rocha is a specialist in Production Engineering from FEI/SP, and in Industrial Organization from Instituto Mauá. He is an adjunct professor at Fundação Dom Cabral in the area of process management, since 2000 and also a faculty member of Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia/SP and Fundação Fritz-Muller/SP. Paulo Rocha brings relevant experience in projects of organizational redesign and restructuring, process redesign, strategy formulation, and corporate training programs in companies from different sectors. Author of several articles published in journals and scientific magazines and he is also the author of the Organizational Synchronism Concept.
