ethics channel

For the purpose of expressing the principles that govern the institution, FDC implemented an outsourced and independent Ethics Channel, thus guaranteeing the confidentiality of users. The channel may be used to submit reports on ethical violations and misconducts, to offer suggestions related to conducts and the practice of ethics, and to clear up doubts about guiding documents, such as the Letter of Socialisation, and internal policies.
